v1.1 · October 2026

Anonymous usage stats: how far people get through a meet, time spent, and whether pre-meet gets skipped. A random ID per browser, no names, emails or personal info. You can turn it off from the note at the bottom of the page.

First release on its own home. Reviewed by Anne Stansell (Oregon Swimming AO lead).

Time Verification sheet marking follows OSI: one ✓ on the official time, dots for supporting times, a single strike through an invalid pad. Pencil tray with check, dot, strike, eraser and undo.
Flowchart button on every heat sheet pops up the OSI 10/2026 time verification chart, including both new button/watch cases.
DQ paperwork follows OSI: verify and initial the slip, strike the name on the console heat sheet, mark the Time Verification sheet, staple the slip to the back, enter it in Meet Manager. Some slips arrive late.
Positive check-in uses the Check-In Report, Scratch Pad and a scratch report before seeding.
Print screens spell out the console, referee and regular heat sheet formats, plus session reports. Counting sheets print anytime.
End of session: Meet Mobile push, Meet Manager backup, and an event bundle for each event.
Sim Rules tab states how the simulator works. One timing system throughout: Daktronics OmniSport 2000 Pro.
